At Egin, we collect and manage user data according to the following Privacy Policy.
Newsletter
If you sign up to our newsletter, please note that all data is handled through Mailerlite : see their Privacy Policy here. From our side, the only information collected is email address and first name, which we collect in order to deliver the newsletter to you. Users must consent to receiving the newsletter, and can unsubscribe at any time – at which point their name and email will be removed from our database.

We collect anonymous data from every visitor of the Website to monitor traffic and fix bugs. For example, we collect information like web requests, the data sent in response to such requests, the Internet Protocol address, the browser type, the browser language, and a timestamp for the request.

Any information when you create an account through our Egin Online Community is processed in line with the Online Community’s privacy policy, which you will be able to read and agree to when you request to join. Any other information you provide to us as part of the Egin programme, for example if you send us an email with your name, email address and other contact information, will be stored according to the DTA Wales Privacy Policy (click here to read). Egin is a programme run by DTA Wales.

We only use your personal information to communicate with you about the Website or the Egin programme.
