I am an established and experienced facilitator having worked in community development settings, criminal justice and higher education programmes across Wales, with over twenty years of experience. I have been working as a Facilitator with School of Hard Knocks, supporting adults into employment, education, or simply to help support individuals to make the changes they want to see in their lives. Recently, I have also been working with Cwmpas delivering Leadership Management and facilitating community tourism programmes across South Wales.
I am the founder and Director of Inside Out Support Wales, supporting prison leavers to rewrite their future and help reduce reoffending. I am also a published author in the field of sport and criminal justice, with the publication of 90 Minutes of Freedom, the story of the only prisoner football team in Wales.
Away from work, I am a keen writer and sewing enthusiast, making clothes for my family and even some home furnishings. I am a keen cyclist, and I have cycled through Europe and I can often be seen trekking up and down the Taff Trail most weekends. You can find out more at www.jamiegrundy.net
