Many community groups, some struggling with high heating bills, are looking to reduce their running costs. Insulating our buildings can be one way of reducing bills. But is insulation always needed? How much insulation should we put into our buildings? And how much money should it save?
In this Community Buildings Hub online session, we will look at questions such as:
- The different kinds of insulation
- How the amount of insulation affects the energy saved
- How we can pay for the insulation if budgets are tight
- “Should” we always insulate our community buildings, or are there times when we should think twice?
The session will cover all these questions and more and will also have a question-and-answer session at the end where you can ask specific questions that may help you with your own building’s energy efficiency journey.
